Nico Vega, and Semi Precious Weapons!

Went to see Semi Precious Weapond play at Bowery Ballroom on Monday night, and what a treat! Not only were they amazing, and Justin Tranter ridiculously fabulous, but their opening band Nico Vega blew me away! It was the first time I had seen or heard of this band from California, and let me tell you, the lead singer Aja is hypnotizing on stage. She has such an amazing cool vibe, and her voice is out of this world! And PS, Justin's leather jacket with grommets all over seriously made my day. I need to get and/or make one of those STAT! Of course I COULD just march my ass down to soho and buy MAC lipglass and the actual glasses themselves from Prada.....but that would just be way too easy. I'm always obsessed with doing something different to my hair. It's like my never ending quest in life, and I actually annoy myself with this, because my hair never satisfies me. I'm really loving this cool mix of punky color in a high fashion way. I think this might be my latest hair conquest.......

I have to make my own pair, because these are 500 bucks, and my fashion designer salary won't allow me to spend 500 bucks on fucking glasses. But if I could I would......instead I'll make my own. Daily Obsession

I'm completely obsessed with gorgeous strappy see through lingerie at the moment. I need to buy new pieces stat! These are great to pair under the super sheer shirts, and lowcut racer tanks that are so trendy right now. Off to buy a black mesh balconette........

Samurai Me

Maybe I'm trying to live vicariously through these gorgeous and leggy models, but i'm am seriously crushing on their samurai hair. I think samurai buns are the new gladiator sandal for spring.....meaning they're kinda ugly and not necessarily flattering, but everyone on Spring street will be rockin it....mark my words. I'm rarely wrong about a trend that's going to hit it off. Too bad my short hair can't make it into a pony tail, other wise I'd be marching my ass down to Topshop and flaunt my samurai edgy coolness.

You make me jealous, you dumb bitch

Allsion Mosshart is my hero. And I'm also insanely jealous of how she just pours coolness, sex, and rock and roll out of her pores, and doesn't even look like she cares if her hair is brushed or not. Her style is one I envy, and her job is one I envy more. She's on tour right now with ONE of the bands she fronts, The Dead Weather. I saw one of their first shows last year at Terminal 5 from their Whorehound album tour. It was one of the best shows I saw all summer......this chick is so freakin awesome.
